i wonder if it is possible to use LM335 temperature sensor to a BS2 without an adc?

You could try RCTIME to get the voltage but it will not be real accurate.

If high accuracy isn't required and you're going to use RCtime anyway, you can just use a 25-cent thermistor...

This was a supplement to the Earth Measurements text. It is true that RCtime will not give very stable readings. But it does work and outputs a current proportional to Kelvin temperature.
