Fix the Catalina link on the Third Party Propeller Development Tools Page

I just noticed the link to Catalina on the Parallax "Third Party Propeller Development Tools" Page (http://www.parallax.com/tabid/252/Default.aspx) is broken.

It currently points to http://forums.parallax.com/forums/default.aspx?f=25&m=388930

It probably should point to http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?t=116370

The links on that page should now point to the current forums instead of the old links, which no longer work.
