Just some thoughts here, but after using this forum for a number of weeks, I have a few points I'd like to make -
1. It seems hard to read, and scan quickly.
2. Some of the main colors should be more neutral, which could be done without changing the theme.
3. Some of the icons could be smaller without sacrificing understandability.
4. Why couldn't the text be black, or more contrasting then currently? purple text on a light purple background doesn't have enough contrast to be read easily.
5. The sticky's could be separated, as most users don't use them.

1. I agree.
2. Again, no quibbles there.
3. Yup. But the thread index pages seem more dominated by the three lines on the right than they do by the icon sizes. Those lines need to be collapsed into two before we can talk about icon sizes.
4. Where do you see purple? I missed that one!
5. Yes. Or given a different background color.
We'll be making a number of adjustments to these forums once the re-migration being done by Phil is totally finished. Until then the IT Guy has asked me to "freeze it" and be patient (I can't do either of these things very well).
Next step is to upgrade our vBulletin 3.8 to version 4 so you can have your own blogs.
When that's done we'll start to customize the look and feel of these forums.
Please hold your thoughts and take comfort that we'll address all of your points.

I guess I'm the one who's color blind.
