404 redirects possible?

What would it take to get a script going to translate and redirect to the proper forum, all the old links floating around that currently get us to a 404 page?

    I think we're so close to a permanent solution now, that a workaround like you suggest would only delay its coming. I know, I know: it's been a whole month, but there were a lot of kinks to work out with the remigration. Nonetheless, your patience will be rewarded!
