Name for Processor Mix?

There is a black box with two types of computers inside.
Some computers run in exact parallel at the same time
plus some computers are multitasking sharing their time.

What is the name for this?

    Intel calls the first parallel version,

    Multi-processing.


    The second one would be called

    Multi-tasking.





    So you have a Multi-processing, Multi-tasking processor sandwich.

    Intels Core Duo is capable of both of these activities, and they just come up with names for their processor sandwiches at random it seems.
