Not sure why my completed project disapeared? It's not a big deal, I'm just wondering what happened to it.

That's it, it used to be there and then it was gone.

It never disappeared. Perhaps you need to adjust your settings. Go to UserCP->Edit Options->Thread Display Options->Default Thread Age Cutoff->Show All Threads.
