To Moderators: How do I BAN someone ?

I've looked and looked, but I can't see how to BAN a spammer.
Does anyone know where it is ???

    Hey Bean,

    I think I've found the answer- I'm testing it out right now.
    (Jim isn't here today so I've decided to look around and find the solution).

    I'll PM the moderators when I see if this works...

    Personally, I'd like to see some action on the spammers with the paint ball gun...
