Catalina EMM loading

Hello,
I am using catalina, and its working great with the LMM. I read up about the EMM, compiled some code and had a 53kb/64kb binary compared to the previous 30kb.
It says in the reference manual that you need another way to load the EEPROM.
Is there any streamlined way which I could do this from within codeblocks?
Currently I have a post build instruction that loads propellant and programs the 32kb code into the EEPROM...
If not, is there a program that I can manually use to load the whole 64kb in '1 click'?
Thanks,

Hydra Asset Manager which is mentioned in the catalina release history..
If, like me, you use a different crystal, you have to modify the HAM spin file with your frequency..
It was hard to find on this forum, cause the search here is not ideal, since they changed the forum, links are 'dead' and google cannot find such things, and too many results when searching for EEPROM.
Of course once you search for 'Hydra Asset Manager', there are at least a few results like mine looking for this kind of program.
Some more documentation about EMM in catalina would be great!
