The LED part flips around so it points outward the blue or red.

The dipolar nature of the barrel at the pointy end worries me. Point blue 'stun' at your foe, and you risk red 'death' upon yourself.

Fortunately Amazon will not ship to this sector, so I don't have to worry about it
