Is there a thread/forum for offering old gear?

Not necessarily for $, but if I had some old gear that I would be happy to gift to someone (provided they paid postage).

Should there be one?

Is their a 'standard' way the title should be done?

    There was a "standard" (around here?) established in The Sandbox.
