Multi-Input processor...

I am working on a project that incorporates a 5.3" touchscreen, a credit card reader, a coin-mech, a pinhole camera and maybe a couple of extra inputs and outputs for alarm and buzzer related items.

My space is limited to a cube about 9.5 x 7 x 6. My available wiring is a CAT5 and an 18/2 wire for power. Power will most likely be 12VDC.

I would like to try to come up with something that will take the various input/output sources and send them down the CAT5 as TCP or UDP traffic to be handled by software running on a PC.

The touch screen uses USB or serial. The card reader uses USB or serial. The camera is standard NTSC video. The coin-mech is a switch contact.

So I guess the short description would be a multiple-input to Ethernet processor.
