TV / VGA color equivalents?

I am looking for a mapping of the 64 standard VGA colors into equivalent TV output chroma/luminance bytes.

Has anyone made a table like that yet?

    Hmm... I'm sure I've done that...

    I know my Bitmap viewer converts from RGB to TV on the fly...
    Think my PSM TV_Text driver does it too...
