Hi,
Only to know how can I use the VTI SCP1000 Pressure Sensor
with basic stamp.
I found the code but I don't know how to join
it with a Basic Stamp.
Do you know if I have to add a volt. divider or something
like this ?
Thanks. Joe

I have attached a picture.
Could you confirm please if I have to add the 1 K resistors
like the picture?
Thanks, Joe
Thanks for posting the diagram. I had the same question. I bought a 5v - 3.3v board so I could power the SCP1000 from the Stamp board, but your diagram may just be the last piece of the puzzle.
Have you tried this? Did it work?
Again, many thanks!!!

Looking at your diagram, I'm thinking you only need the 1K resistor on the power line to drop the 5v to 3.3v.
...but, I could be wrong! HA!

I have attached the same picture again in order to
know if this is the way to add the resistors
or if I have to change the resistors.
Thanks, Joe
Appreciate your kind response

I just posted some basic stamp code for the SCP100 at this link:

Just to know if the people from Parallax read this posts.
I want to use the VTI SCP1000 Pressure Sensor but I am not sure if the
picture shown with 1K resistors is a safe way or not .
I am not sure if the 1K resistor is the solution because at Parallax web site I
read that the VTI SCP1000 sensor could be used with the propeller but nothing about B.Stamps.
Could you help please?
