The old forum had a list of users at the bottom of the page, and if you clicked on any of them (including yourself) you could get a list of their recent posts. I used this all the time to check on responses to my own posts. I guess it wouldn't have been too useful to someone who posted very prolifically but at my level it's easy to forget that you left a comment somewhere and realize weeks later there was an answer you didn't notice. I am already finding that I miss this. The "subscribed threads" function under UserCP does not seem to work the same way. In fact I haven't quite figured out what it's doing other than that what it does isn't useful to me. The old forum gave me links to the last n posts I left, where I think n was five, with direct hyperlinks to the posts so I could check for replies.

Click on "View all Subscribed Threads" at the bottom right. By default it only shows subscribed threads which have a new message - or something like that...

One of these things doesn't seem to have much to do with the other.

OK, this officially doesn't work. I had to use the frackin search function to find this post which I left a couple of hours ago. That's ridiculous. You do want us to help the n00bs, right? How are we supposed to do that if we have to search the whole forum for that post where we told 'em aboout the rollover thing 6 hours later?

In the User CP, Edit Options, Messaging & Notification; do you have it set to "Do not subscribe"? Maybe that is preventing your posts from showing up in the "Subscribed Threads" list. If you make a change don't forget to click "Save Changes" at the very bottom of the page.
