Helpful advice for those working on new forum...

These forum changes take time. People need to sleep! And it takes time to research how to do this or that.
Microchip recently upgraded their forum, everybody had a fit, then after a few weeks they were able to get things running pretty good. This stuff takes time...
BTW I'm quite happy with the new forum here, good job!
Anyway I thought I would provide some possibly helpful advice for the people at Parallax working on the new forum. I once created a custom web "404 NOT FOUND" page, but since I don't do this everyday, I forgot what I did to create that!
I found the following info for doing this on an Apache web server and it also discusses doing a redirect. Maybe the following would be helpful?
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.3/mod/core.html#errordocument
Other helpful tips/advice?
Like how would you find the new page to redirect someone to?

An official presence and response to specific issues would make sense to me.
