The new forum changed things. The passwords were all reset and our display name became our new user name. So try reseting the password of your old display name and see if that works.
Ah...........yes.
Things are a bit odd. I finally discovered that my spam filter was diverting all of Parallax's password replies, but not their first email (the identity and request confirmation).
