Please stop complaining about not having forum features like colors.

They actually work just fine.

Actually, it wouldn't be impossible to add to the site..

An admin would have to do it, but this would transform [h=yellow] into a highlighter[/h].

Tag: h
Replacement: <span style="background-color: {option}">{param}</span>
Example: [h=yellow]yellow highlight wooo[/h]
Description: Set text background color.
Use {option}: Yes
Save.

OBC, excellent!! but where's the "how-to" for this post for those who haven't figured it out?

Not sure of your solution, but here's mine:

1. Open the User Control Panel
2. On the left hand pane, choose "Edit Options"
3. Scroll to the bottom to "Miscellaneous Options"
4. Change the "Message Editor Interface" to "Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing"
