new forum confusion...

To Whom it may concern,

I'm confused (typical for me).

My last visit date now shows 12-31-1969 at 4:00 PM.
All saved private messages are gone.
My avatar is gone.
I do not have the option of displaying "reputation level".

I've perused the theads on forum migration and have not found info on the above.

hmmmm, well now after posting the above my join date displays Mar 2008 which is correct and there is a "reputation level" noted.

So - does it take a post to refresh the site with user information?

Avatars were not able to transfer. PMs also did not transfer. The "old" forums will be made avaialble latter this morning. You should be able to move your avatar. You'll need to deal elsewise with the PMs.

Yeah - I found the thread you mentioned...figured that would happen after I posted.

So the PM, avatar and rep level questions have been answered.
