Got any good ideas for mounting a Parallax Demo Board on top of a Parallax Proto Board? The Proto has four holes. The Demo does not. Thanks in advance.

Find a blank copper circuit board of appropriate dimensions, drill 4 holes in corners, then use padded double adhesive tape to attach the Parallax Demo board.

Unless you're using the Proto Board's servo header pads for servo motors, you can remove that tall 1000uF cap to make a thinner "sandwich".

I see that the copper clad mount board could also be a piece of wood, masonite or Plexiglas. If the electrolytic capacitor is removed, it will gain about 1/16th to 1/8th-inch of space. Then the power jack is in the way. Next is the slide switch.. I'm sure some board space is needed for cooling..

Actually I was going to remove the Propeller chip from the Demo Board and insert it into the UltraSpark 40 SkyScraper, until seeing it was not a removable DIP! What a shocking and horrific sight!!! :) Wish I could trade up all the SMTs for DIPs.
