    Its actually pretty easy, the device accepts modem commands.

    If you download the AeroComm programmer tool(its free), it will set up your transceiver for you, you should also read the manual on how to send it commands.

    Hi Zank,

    I have used this MODEM with the PROP for a while now, the basic connections are..

    Connections..

    16 - Ground
    5 - Ground
    10 - VDD ( 3.3V )
    11 - VDD (3.3V )
    2 - TX ( From the Modem --> MicroController )
    3 - RX ( To the Modem <-- MicroController )

    All other pins can remain unconnected.

    Configuration ( it is best to get the DESIGN/EVAL KIT from Aerocomm, its good value ) , so you can connect this to your PC, other wise you may need to get those 2mm headers for connection.

    You will need the configurations tool ( from Aerocomm ).

    For Point to Point, You will need to COPY THE DESTINATION ADDRESS of opposite modems in the utility for each modem,

    You will need to set the CHANNEL number for each to the same value.

    regards
