Pink module problem

I am having a problem with a PINK module. I hope someone can provide suggestions to fix it. I configured the software provided with module and installed the
Firmware update. The installation worked perfectly and I was able to send emails from my stamp without problem, I then modified the pink program and tried to insert variables into the content of the message (big mistake). This did not work, and created a problem where the message content is no longer included with the message. I eliminated the variables and reverted back to the original program, but I still do not receive the body of a message. I tried reinstalling the firmware update and also went to the pink configuration screen to try and send messages, the messages were all sent, but all are missing the body of the message.

I did speak to Parallax Tech support but they could not offer a solution, and suggested
I call Netburner Tech support. I exchanged a couple of emails with them but they have not offered a solution. Parallax offered to take a look at the module and exchange it if they could not fix it. I’m hoping someone can offer a solution. I would like to avoid the expense and delay of an exchange for what appear to be a software problem.
Attached is the program I am using to send emails, it is just a modification of the Parallax program that came with the module.

Thanks Larry

Sounds like you have had a lot of people look at the module. By chance, there isn't a button or capability in the PINK to reset it to default, is there? Then, start with a simple example to prove everything is working.

Thanks for the response, I looked carefully for a reset button, but did not find one. I asked Netburner if resetting to factory defaults was possible, but
they have stopped responding to my emails.

I too have the same issue, and sent the PINK back for exchange, Twice...Still no [message] of the email gets sent. The only way I have found to send data via email is to send it in the subject line.

The real question is, has anyone been able to send email with a PINK and have the message get to the other side?

My setup was sending mail no problem till Iswitched to a different email provider, then I received subject only no body.Searching the net I was glad to see this post but then disappointed to see noresolution. After some research I discovered the issue was that I had to have a carriagereturn and a line feed in my subject line or my message body ended up beingpart of the email header.

Such as: SEROUT TX, Baud, ["!NB0WES:MySubject",CR, LF, CLS]

Worked no problem after that. Hope this helps someone else.
