How can I drive irfz22n with 3,3v?

I have a load 12vdc@240mA, and I want to controll this with IRFZ44N.do you know a circuit?
I need to give between 13.8V-12Vdc, then I use a 1n4001 in 7812's gnd pin, because i want to avoid VDS(sat)
Thanks

That MOSFET looks like overkill for 12V and 240 mA. Anyway, you could use a MOSFET driver like the LTC1157.

Instead of the IRFZ44, which is ill-suited for Propeller interfacing, why not use a MOSFET with a lower gate drive voltage, like the IRF3708? Thes are known to work well with the Prop.
