I’m don’t have technical knowledge but enthusiasm for design project.
Actually I’m using Basic_Stamp, digital tester of temperature, time keeper for calendar, and data logger in my project
All this devices have relative long codes examples in the web which I used and modified for my own objetive, but this job was difficult because normally all codes to share similar variables and constant like buffer, baud, counter, index, and another deffinitions relative to High, low, serin, serout functions.
I modified each code using key prefix to recognize variables/cost from each device/code using “DL_” in data logger, “TK_” in time keeper, and so on.
I SUGGEST that the Basic Stamp Code Editor make this task using an option similar to Find/replace, inputing the Key prefix and replacing all needed to make differents each code variables
When this is done, then I can mix differents codes to garantee not share variable/const between devices.
I hope don’t consider a MAD idea.

(my real NICK name…LOL)
PD : actually the project runs well....The enthusiasm did have his goal
Sorry for my Tarzan english...I'm spanish speaker from south america
