64x24 or 80x24 S-Video text driver?

Is there a 64x24 or 80x24 or so NTSC text driver that takes advantage of S-Video?
I'd like a nice simple S-Video test that I can incorporate into my PropCadeDiag diagnostics program for testing the S-video output on PropCade.
I used demo-board standard pins for video, P12-P15, and I'd prefer to use existing code instead of having to hack up new code.
Thanks,
Bill

At 80Mhz, potatotext does 64 columns in color, at 96+ it does 80. Take a photo, because I'm curious myself :)
Link in my sig. The object in the OBEX has a goofy demo that shows of the colors, and the first screen has a few sample character patterns that artifact significantly on composite.
It's also got color burst on off, interlace on off, so you can show off the S-video nicely.
I'll keep a watch on the thread, and am off looking for the bits to flip...
Edit: I'm also curious about whether or not the auto-detect works on your Propcade. Given the pins you've used, you should just be able to load it up and hit F10 :)
I'll post the VCFG change in a few minutes. Then I can just add a Svideo(0,1) method, and roll that into the new release to OBEX, on a successful test.

I've got configurations for demoboard at 80, hydra at 80, and am off looking for one of those 6.25Mhz xtals. That's gonna take a small edit or two, or you could run the thing at 80Mhz to test, because potatotext will see it as a demoboard.

The second prototype I will build from this run will be configured for 100MHz, I just want to finish testing everything at 80MHz before adding another variable.

I'm working on the 100Mhz one.

I'm now working on the S-video change... (which is in the code I put here)
Learned something this morning. Suppressing chroma by holding back on the color burst gives a monochrome signal, with the color information still there. Suppressing it in the VCFG, yields a nice, clean mono signal, with no other changes to the driver, or the color values used. Didn't know that. I'll attach a capture or two in a moment. I'm going to modify some of the potatotext signal mode methods to allow for this. IMHO, this is handy to know for most drivers that output in color. If a monochrome display device is used, the output will be really clean done the VCFG way.

I don't see a way to avoid having the user just edit a little bit of code to account for 80 vs 100Mhz. Bummer that, but it won't be hard. The strip is just me testing the mouse draw code. Timing is tight, and I'm looking for cycles to do it, without adding a COG.

I'm kind of wanting to load it from SD card anyway, to reduce the startup foot print, and make it more useful. Good call. One would load the TV cog, start it, then load the graphics (there will be a graphics cog soon) or the text cog, using a 2K buffer. Load values into all the HUB memory "registers", then turn the whole works on, leaving only the screen, and the font, both of which could reside in the load buffer, for modest character densities, and or font tables.
