I have seen these cases though, they are cool, and very nice, ... $10, $20 at most ... However, I think Parallax (Ken G. is a machining guru) wants to make a case(s) for it

* a blank spot for the OEM product label sticker
* Two parts, so I can add extra parts on top and still use the bottom, or add extra parts on the bottom and still use the top; or
* Top and bottom are mirror image of each other so use them as two tops or two bottoms and not have to throw away case parts.
* Strong enough so it doesn't crack when its in my pocket and I get in the car

There are 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't
@Dr. Hydra, not sure, its up to Parallax, but we want this to be very cheap and high volume, so $39- $69, we will know for sure when manufacturing does all the final calcs and we decide how many to built at a time 1000,2500, etc. But, safe to so $49-59 probably, with $39 and $69 being less probable -- that's all I can say at this point.
@prof braino, top and bottom interchangeable isn't very practical since the board is highly assymetrical due to mechanicals. We will work on the box when its done, it will be Ken's project, so once he has final mechanical layout from me then he can decide what to make the boxes look like, I prefer nice injection molded boxes or even vacuum formed would work.
The board is so small and compact that I was only able to fit a single mounting hole in the centroid, then we are going to add 4 mounting "tabs" around the perimeter of the PCB, those that want the holes, use them, those that don't simply break the tabs off -- best of both worlds, very slick solution to mounting such a small board that is absolutely smashed full of components!
Yes, I think I have enough coders, but if you have some HYDRA or Demo board apps that you want to port to the C3, email me at ceo@nurve.net we can get you going on the specs at least and design, so you can start thinking about how to use the new hardware pieces. I just ported a bunch of my HYDRA games and demos and they took mins each (just changing IOs in most cases). But, what I am interested in are HYDRA/Demo board apps that could really use more memory, flash, etc. that can take advantage of the C3 and have those versions.

Will work for Propeller parts!
