How Ya Doin'? My friend and I have a small machine shop with a couple of lathes and some non CNC mills. I will need a print (even a hand drawn one will do), some tolerance, and number of parts needed. You can e-mail it to me at Casey1947@verizon.net and I will give you an estimate. I have been a machinist for 44 years so my estimate will be correct unless you change what you need.

    Brian,

Just out of curiosity, does it have to be stainless steel? Could it be opaque plastic instead? If so, I could laser cut them.

    Brian,

Mission accomplished. I cut them from 1/32" black acetal (Delrin). I can mail them to you at work, or email me your home postal address, and I'll send them there.

How Ya Doin'? Nice job Phil, you gave the man what he needed. When he said he required stainless steel I imagined a harsh enviroment using the outside of the wheel to power his measurements. I also expected a larger and more robust wheel. I would need two days and would have to make many calculations to make this wheel on our Kearney and Trecker (what they used before CNC mills). I am semi-retired and this would get me out of the house for a couple of days and make my wife very happy. I guess she is stuck with me!!!
