TV to VGA convertor object

This object is to replace the standard tiled TV driver with a VGA monitor. It isn't done yet and only works when used with a tile count that would fit as if you were using the normal VGA object. In the future it will automatically make the tile scale larger if it will fit on the screen. Put it in your Propeller library folder and change the object definition from the TV driver to "fakeTV".
