I made some simple USB to serial breakout boards based on the FT232RL. I have 5 four extra boards with the mini-B connector and one extra with the full size B connector.
Both versions include:
Pictures below show both versions, as well as a Propeller DIP being powered and programmed by one of the mini-b versions. (note the transistor circuit for reset)
I'm selling them for $12 ea including postage. PM me if your're interested. PayPal preferred.

Both versions include:
- RX/TX LEDs
- 500mA resettable fuse to power your 5v circuit from USB power.
- Jumper to select 3.3v or 5v interface logic.
- .1" pitch header with +5v, +3v3, DTR, RX, TX and GND
