I'm going to be heading over to Norwalk for UPENE, in August, and I can't help but notice it's proximity to Cedar Point. I might just leave a day early and spend Friday there. If anyone is interested in getting a group together for discount tickets, or has any advice on what to do while there, please let me know.

Thank you,
David Carrier

Cedar Point is a good place, me and my friends would road trip there every year during high school from PA.

There is no problem that can't be solved with a suitable amount of explosives!

Ride as many roller coasters as you can.
Top Thrill Dragster is a must, no matter how long the line.
Wicked Twister uses linear induction motors. Instant fast!
    MaxAir is pretty neat.
Ride the Power Tower side that takes you to the top then shoots you down.
And for serious zero/negative G's, the Skyhawk

Cedar point is a very good time. I'm very envious after seeing the UPEW and am really excited about this one. (If I can make it.)

Cedar Point is definitely a fun attraction and worth seeing. The last time we went there my son was really into trains so we stopped by this museum about 16 miles from Cedar Point.

It was huge and there was a lot more to see than I expected. If you find some extra time on your hands it was worth checking out.

A trip to Put-In-Bay is always a good time. Put-In-Bay and Kelly's Island are two of many islands in Lake Erie that are a twenty minute ferry ride. The ferries run all day long and into the evening.
