Chuck made a really nice case for my Morpheus product.

I haven't tried them yet, but they look pretty good and not too expensive.

Be sure to pick a case before you do your PCB layout. It's so much easier to fit a PCB to a case than to find a case to fit an existing PCB.

My metronome (link in my signature) uses the VM-35 9-volt case with the matching boot. My handheld GPS project uses the new Gadget Gangster PP-USB board because it fits perfectly sideways in a VM-36 case with matching boot (currently a 9-volt case, but will be a "no-batt" case because it will have a Li-Ion battery pack embedded in it with charging circuit). One of my Propeller demoboards is in a Polycase enclosure as well and that can be seen on this thread
Some DIY tips for enclosures is on this thread here:

For inexpensive custom enclosures for designs that don't fit an off-the-shelf box, Mountain King is who you'll want to talk with as previously mentioned. Also, as Phil mentioned, finding a nice off the shelf case BEFORE you finish your layout will make your job much easier to push a product to market.
If you are looking to have a completely custom case molded for volume, get with user mctrivia (propmodule.com) and talk to him about his 3D printer capabilites.

Also, don't forget to consider bud-boxes at: http://www.budind.com/index.shtml
I like.
They are USD 1.50ea
I especially like the clear ones. I like that you can see LEDs that
are on your board and don't have to panel mount them.
Shipping is reasonable as well. If I remember correctly..if you
order 33 of them then the shipping is about 7.00

Me too. They must be having some server problems, it was working last night.

First, SORRY for posting this under the Propeller Chip form. My Bad. I was looking to up grade my project someday...SOON... and forgot to bounce back to Sandbox.
More on the Upgrade process later.
My project for the most part is done(phase I & II) and I did do...Board first before Enclosure first...OOPs!!! Great advice but this is my first project and I didn't know. It's 4 x 3 but I'm sure some of you could probably get it down to 3 x 2, but not me yet. I'm gonna take the advice of (PhiPi) getting the board to fit a BOX. The Thru hole version can shrink , the SMT may be trickier but I'm sure it can be done, I'll look, thanks.
Another Question before I go. Someone on this Forum mentioned about some 2 x 16 LCD screens for $5.00 or so from Ebay so I bought some(not received yet) any way, part of my up-grade is to reduce cost and the LCD is Target #1. But, is the Propeller chip the only one from Parallax that will drive such a display? (No serial Board Attached).
That's why I was in this section, looking for info on driving a non-serial(cheap) 2 x 16 LCD screen with another Parallax chip. I use the BS2 and BS2e(discrete components) on my current projects.
thanks for any help
Howard
EDIT:....Just looked at POLYCASE link and that was the one....Thanks....YA'LL are GREAT!!!

Of course there are usually 3 other control signals needed to initialize and transfer data to the module.
I've generally used the 4-bit to save on controller I/Os. My 2¢.
