    One of my friends got a video from Hummer and this vehicle reminded me of the Hummer vehicle.· I suggest studying it or watching it to see what we can learn from it.

    It would be interesting to see if the extender/contractor has any advantages in powdery sand. It could be worth looking at for future Mars explorer robots.

    If it used a gear instead of a wheel, it might be able to grab a surface but it could also get stuck.

    I did a few r/c concept crawlers . . . none of the designs fit within the competition rules.
