Memsic 2125 Dual-Axis Accelerometer ATmega168 MCU C programming

I know it is probable sacrilegious but I have a ATmel ATmega168 MCU and I program in C.

Anybody know how to capture the PWM from the 2125 Accelerometer with the ATmega168?
