VGA DE-15 connector query: IDC-crimp ribbon parts?

Hi all,

Is anyone aware of an IDC version of the 3 row-by-five 15-way VGA connector?

I am looking to source male and female genders to make twenty-off VGA link ribbon cables; and hand-soldering
takes an age!

I've tried the usual UK suspects (RS, Farnell, Mouser, Digikey) but have so far found nothing.

    I doubt you will find any. The reason is that the ribbon pitch would have to be equal to the pin pitch divided by three, rather than two, as is the case with two-row DB connectors.
