That is really cool, Holly. You just started right out into the electronics world without any formal education and now you are fixing things for the military, Double cool. Plus, you are only like 21, right? I know what you mean about self employment and the engineering knowledge needed to really stand out. I haven't even tried to solder SMT devices yet. My hope is to make a company that specializes in useful modules that are built on prototyping board, instead of the normal custom PCB. The benefit of that, being that the hobbyist would have access to a specific module and then use the included prototyping space to customize it anyway they wanted. I think i would do moderately well, but then again, maybe nobody would care.
