Propeller Video Processing?

Hi all,

I'm recently new to the propeller chip (I really love it) and know that it can do video generation, which led me to the question of can it do video processing/ tracking an object with video? If so, how would I go about doing this?

with a high resoltion not on the propeller itself but in combination with a PC and OpenCV possible
see ViewPort and OpenCV
on the propeller itself only with low resolution most because of the low RAM 32kB for all
