I'm a senior a student in the faculty of mechanical and electrical engineering in Damascus and I'm preparing for my senior project which is about the RF ID and I have some questions about the reader and its cards.
1.Who can I Program the RD ID Card with specific information Is there a specific programmer for this purpose?
2.Can you please provide us with a code for PIC16f887 Or for Avr Atmega16?

1. I'm sure a quick Google around will answer that for you. If not contact some manufacturers or suppliers of said cards and reader/writer equipment. I'm sure they have plenty of data sheets. Start with Parallax even.
2. YOU are supposed to be doing this project right?. So get on a write your own code. For sure if you make a start and you are using a Propeller many folks around here would be only to pleased to advise, suggest improvements etc etc. But asking us here straight out right to do your home work for you is not on.
3. I know there was no 3) in you post but asking for PIC/AVR code on a Propeller forum is just too cheeky.

For me, the past is not over yet.
I know that Parallex has a RD ID reader, but I'm asking does it support the writing function to the cards.
And when I asked for a code because the other companies like MirkoElektronika provide a code for many controllers whick can connect to its RF ID card Reader that's why I was asking for code in question number 2 MR HEATER.
We have available code and documentation here, however the code will only be for our line of processors that we sell at Parallax (Basic Stamp, Propeller, etc). The documentation on the sight below should provide you with enough information to migrate the communication from the RFID reader to the processor of your own choice.
