Since i lost my PINK last month and can't order a new one (my ISP blocks port 80), i'm searching for a replacement, wich i can modify the portnumber (above 1024)

Helping hand here needed!

Well, I don't know if this counts as a "replacement" or not, but have you heard about the upcoming Spinneret Web Server?

You can read more about it here:

Can't you just forward it to a different port with your router? something like webaddress.com:8080/index.html then forward the 8080 port in your router to the PINK IP and port 80.

There is no problem that can't be solved with a suitable amount of explosives!

Has eod_punk said, surely there is a way to deal with the ports problem.

The Spinneret Web Server would be a good replacement for PINK, but it is still a work in progress.

Tell me more about how you use the PINK module. I am interested in learning how customers apply that product and what features they like and don't like and what they wish they had for features.

The problem i have with portforwarding is this:
I followed many howto websites, like portforwarding.com and this one: http://www.boutell.com/newfaq/creating/forwardports.html
In the middle of that page you will find the steps for the SMC Barricade G.
@ 5: Add an entry with "LAN IP Address" 192.168.2.11, "Protocol Type" TCP&UDP, "LAN Port" 80, "Public Port" 80, and the "Enable" box checked.
Seems easy but, i don't have a LAN port and Public port field. Only a Service port, just one field where i can enter text.

Last year i decided to buy another one after some search on the net: A linksysWRT54G.
At home the same problem. Jut one field, a service port.

Looks like· i only can forward 80 to 80?

If you have a WRT54G that is capable of third party firmware, I suspect you can get the router to do anything. However I'm not the expert to tell you. I imagine the idea is this: The router gets a message from the outside world on port XXXX such as www.parallax.com:xxxx. You tell your router to take data on port XXXX and send it to YYYY. So I would guess there would need to be two fields, the incoming and the outgoing - like you wrote, LAN Port (YYYY) and Public Port (XXXX).

My version doesn't allowed that :(

I called a local shop who sells routers, seems that our local ISP (s) are involved in selling those products.
Maybe i can find a router on the web.

I don't think you really want to forward port 80 anyways. I think you really want to be accessing your PINK from a different port by adding ":8080" to the address of the web page. In your router forward public port 8080 to local port 80 on the PINK IP.

**edit**
Maybe this site will help with forwarding on your WRT54G

I have a question about the IPSettup.exe

When running the first time:

The NDK-IP settings are wrong
giving: IP: 192.168.2.127

I had to modify it to 192.168.0.102 manually

Using Win 7

I remember my first PINK settings, using XP where correct.

Maybe a bug?
