I meant for that to go into propscope, but clicked propeller.

That may depend on the particular USB Scope. The new one, (PropScope):

has it's own forum here:
http://forums.parallax.com/forums/default.aspx?f=40
The older USB scope questions could go into any one of the other forums, depending on the question, and what processor pltform you are working on.
