buck-boost reg for Prop

I am looking for a buck-boost regulator to supply 3.0 to 3.3V to my Propeller from a couple 1F caps. Continuous load should stay below 30mA except during boot (because of caps, propeller loading from EEPROM, and whatnot). Something with a enable pin is essential. I am sure there are a million, but looking for them is difficult without going one company at a time.

EDIT: Because of the caps, a minimum input voltage of 1.5V (or lower) would be nice; and a maximum of 5.1V will be used.

Some of my objects:
MCP3X0X ADC Driver - Programmable Schmitt inputs, frequency reading, and more!
Simple Propeller-based Database - Making life easier and more readable for all your EEPROM storage needs.
String Manipulation Library - Don't allow strings to be the bane of the Propeller, bend them to your will!
Fast Inter-Propeller Comm - Fast communication between two propellers (1.37MB/s @100MHz)!

I've used the Max756 before, I think it'd work for you...

Looks nice except the caps will be charged at 5V, and that regulator is only a boost, so it only works at input voltages less than the output. Though 0.7V is quite tempting to maybe add a buck in front of this boost.

How about TI's TPS61025? It's designed to take an alkaline battery down to 0.9v while maintaining 3.3v output.

They also have the TPS63000 but·its input range is 1.8v to 5.5v.

I looked at a few TI parts, but do they have any with exposed leads? Ala SOIC? My assembly company charges more for parts without leads because they x-ray the parts after reflow to confirm connections.
