Can't connect to Propeller

Hi there,

i'm trying to connect to a propeller with a new "board". I've soldered it today, but it doesn't work.

I'm using a max232 with a 1K resistor in series on it's TX (propellers RX). Max232's VCC is 5V.
The reset circuit:
DTR> --- [noparse][[/noparse]cap 0.01µ] --- [noparse][[/noparse]1K] --- BC547's base
BC547's E> --- GND
BC547's C> --- Reset

First time i did a "programmer" like this, i didn't use a cap of 0.01µ, i simply connected DTR to the base-resistor. If i try this now, it doesn't work. If i change C and E it doesn't work, too.

If i add a LED to the RX, TX and DTR lines i can see:
1. Reset is 1, short time 0 (led off). The BC547 should invert this and he does. But if i add the cap, the reset "1-time" is as such short, i can't see anything...
2. On PC's TX theres activity, but not on Propeller's TX (why doesn't it answer?)
