Very neat! All done with 3 servos!

I've seen three servo walkers before but they don't pick up their legs.· They push down with one of the middle ones which lifts the alternate side.· This looks more elegant and graceful when it moves.

The boebot crawler kit is an example of a two servo walker and this robot is an example of a three servo one. Does the extra motor buy you any extra mobility? Obviously a 12 or 18 servo walker has much more mobility and it takes 18 servos to walk sideways. But 12 servos with feedback should be able to adapt to terrain.

But this robot is using mechanical linkages instead of software for its gait generation. So you lose flexibility, but are you in any way better off than two motors?
