Header/Receptacals for power

Curious what you guys would use for this. On a power supply that is switchable between 110-220, low system current draw (<.5 amps max), 18 gauge standard 3 prong power cord to the outside world. Connecting the power switch, the 110/220 DPDT switch and a fuse, there are 7 total conductors required to on the PCB. 3 are the hot, neutral and GND main inputs to the transformer, then 4 for the switching for the 110/220. I usually use 18 gauge on all parts up till now, using only 110 but need to add the switching for outside US. The ideal would be .2" centers, 18 gauge headers with mating receptacles with 6" of wire. I currently make the 3 conductor parts up with Molex shrouded headers and mating receptacles. A 7 conductor header. receptacle already wired would be the simplest, but a 3+4 combo will work. I need something production oriented, not surplus. I can't find this gauge on digi but they show lighter gauges.

If anyone can think of a supplier that offers off the shelf low quantity cables/receptacles with 18ga wire, please let me know.

Thanks

Well, that is an idea. My board is unreg 26vdc and switching 5vdc. I just need the fastest cheapest way to get 7 wires off of it in 18gauge. Soldering the Molex pins is what I do now, not so bad but if there is an off the shelf solution with 6" wires, receptacle and mating shrouded header on .2" pitch that would be nice.

Right now, this is the best I can come up with of for a single connector solution. A 9 position shrouded header and receptacle, then use crimp or solder pins.
