Any ideas on how to use a Demoboard as a PIC programmer?

Hi everyone,
I just bought 3 PIC18F14K50's from Digikey
(great service, superfast delivery). They can be
programmed with a single 3.3V power supply.
In theory, the Demoboard (or any prop setup)
should be able to program the PICs with minimal
components and a fairly straight forward pro-
gram. Has anyone out there tried this?
I searched the web and found many simple
programmers (both serial and parallel), but
I think it can done even easier on a Demoboard.
I would greatly appreciate any input and guidance.

To be honest with ICSP programmers being built for less than 12 dollars I don't know if anyone will bother ,, if you can program I would be happy to draw up a hardware interface that would work I just could not code for it
