What's the slowest machine you routinely use?
To go first, a G4 400 "Sawtooth" with 128M ram.

How have you hooked dual monitors to the Mini? I've got a 1.8Ghz Core Duo that I've just ordered a 2.33Ghz Core2Duo for and my biggest issue is the single display output. I'd love to do dual head on it.
On another note I've just bit on a Dual Proc 800Mhz G4 quicksilver machine, so if nobody wakes up in the next 4 hours I'll have some more PPC horsepower to play with.
Cheers for the feedback guys, it's always interesting to see what sort of "minority" platforms are in use.

"Dorm 3.0"
I use a TV stick in the mini with the projector to watch TV , or for browsing the web while in bed .
Mind Other world computing does make USB 2.0 to DVI adapters ! for under $100
they are NOT for gameing or stuff like that but for web or non quartz stuff there Great !
EDIT Matrox Makes a DVI splitter that makes the port on the computer put out twice as many H Pixels then in the adapter it makes 2 sepriot screens from it .. but this can be a issue with low end G cards if the H Pixeis are more then what the card can put out .....
