Keep running the Timekeeping Chip when BS2 is turned OFF

HI
I'm using DS1302 Timekeeping Chip and I need keep running the clock while the basic Stamp is turned OFF
I suposse that I need power for the Chip with a alternative battery , like a battery in the motherboard on PCs used for the BIOS Chip .
Someone have an Idea or diagram about this?
