9014B transistor with WAM kit

i got the WAM a year and a half ago and now i know a lot more about the BS2, i was wondering if there is a transistor with the exact same specs as the 9014 (enough to work with the BS2) that has a higher·amperage rating so that i·could use it to control smal motors and other experimenting

    Get an IRL510 or IRL540·they're logic-level HEXFETs (make sure they have that L).· They're·ultra-easy to use, but if you're taking advantage of all that power then you'll have to heatsink (two of those, back-to-back, for each.)

    do they have the smae 3 pin interface? my computrer is a bit slow loading up the page
