Thanks mikediv - with our community help we can make our resources go so much further! There are times when we have great things to share with our Propeller users but we may not have the ability to handle the logistics. With your volunteer help we'll be able to help 50 people prototype a bit easier.

I'll be doing the same with a tremendous number of discontinued Penguins. For now I'm hiding from the Robotics forum thread about discontinued Penguins until I have the guts (and time) to tell them why we discontinued the little bird. . . and left big piles of penguin hardware behind to be claimed.

So, we're off to Chicago to UPEW! When mikediv has the list ready I'll communicate it back to our office and get these boards sent to you.

    Ken,

Sorry I stirred things up on the discontinuation. Someone was going to see that sooner or later!

    Safe trip to Chigaco.

    Discounted Penguins......Ahhh

No problem, Jim. We're transparent with these issues and that's okay.

Great work Mike and thanks Ken.

This forum is just fantastic and I think this is a reflection of the great company that Parallax is. Keep up the great work.

PS I do not require any pcbs.

Cluso no boards??? I am shocked not to see your name on the list you are one of the best project guys I thought you would be lining up ?? LOL,, I am sure you probably have your own stuff anyway. The board is the perfect size since I scaled most of my projects to fit the BOE
and the prop proto board .. Wow the penguin is on the EOL list!!!! I swear that is such a coincident I have been putting off buying one since they came out it was always something kids bills, house stuff then they came out with the stingray and wife said I had to choose one or the other .. Jeesh just because I have 4 Boe Bots.. I don't complain about all the purses she has who the heck needs more than 2 purses what do they put in them anyway??? Every single time we go to the Mall she needs a new one .. I swear everyone she has looks identical to me I can not tell them apart?? LOL Anyway I have no doubt Parallax will continue support for everyone that has one anyway If they go on super sale I would love to grab one for my desk at work. when people walk by they just don't get the BOE-BOT but the penguin has personality

No Mike. I'd rather leave them for others.

I use the occasional bit of vero, but mostly I do a full pcb design for anything I want that is useful to others. TriBlade gives me a lot of prop abilities with jumpers from the pin headers. I miss the old wire-wrap jumpers that came on a reel. A continuous wire terminated in a socket every ~3" - you just cut to lengths and number of connections as required.

Everything but the kitchen sink! Have you ever tried to find anything inside one? My wife has a screwdriver pen and it comes in handy a lot.
