Any suggestions for a low power graphic serial LCD?

I have a good portion of my Propeller bike computer working on the breadboard. My focus is now turning to the display selection. . I currently have a 4D Systems uOLED, but it consumes around 40mA. Since I am running on battery, I would like to find something that consumes 20mA or less if possible. I searched the usual: DigiKey, Mouser, etc. with no luck.
Looking for something that:
-Has high contrast ratio for outdoor use
-Can control with serial commands from the Prop. Like the 4D display, I can issue a "circle" command and it draws a circle.
-Graphical
-Monochrome is OK
-Ideal size is 38mm x 38mm, but somewhat flexible on that
-Cost less than $50US
Any suggestions? Or am I looking for something that does not exist?
Thanks

Uses SPI, but that's easy to do with the prop. You will probably have to write code to do a circle, but that's been done before...I'm sure you can find code and adapt it. Claims 250uA for the display, and 5-80mA for the backlight.
