Eagle CAD port question

Hello,

Does anyone know how I link two components without a "wire" in eagle cad.
I have tried using the "port" component, however it doesn't connect to the wire.

I'm not 100% sure if you need a little bit of a wire, but draw a tiny wire segment on the pin you want to connect, then right click on it for Properties and go down to Name and change it from N$1 to BUS1 or whatever. Then do the same on the other parts you want linked and they should all join up on the board.

Use the label button (ABC) to show what you have called that wire, so it is easier to see what joins what.

As an alternate to right click, you can rename the wire with the Name button (left hand one that has R2 10k on it).
