Problem with the Propeller Servo Controller

I purchased from Parallax Propeller Servo Controller USB to replace the old one. Has anyone any idea how to use digital servos with this devise. I called technical support at Parallax they told me to put a 4.7k to 10k resistor in series with the signal input wire as close to the controller as passable. But it is still not working. Is there any documentation on this problem? Hank vanBuuren

The 10k resistor has worked in the past. I found I could go down to 1K and have it work.

Here are some recent threads about the problem:

That should be "4.7k to 10k resistor on the signal output" .·Between the post marked "W" and the servo on the servo controller board.
Just checking to see if you misunderstood.

Thanks, I have this resistor in series with the W marked wire as per instructions. Hank

    Hank,

I may be stating the obvious, but are you powering the servo separately into the green terminal?
Servo power does not come from the USB 5 volt connection. That just powers the propeller.

    Which servo are you using?
